Hi,
since some of the submissions are not yet fully processed dues to the below reasons, we sent you all (who still have a pending registration issue) a mail requesting you to settle the project submission so that we can process it.
Below is the copy of that mail, in case you didn't receive the mail, or for the case your spam filter ate it.
At this occasion I also would like to ask potential submitters that might be reading this to first read the contest rules, and only then submit a project.
Also, when submitting a project please give a *descriptive* explanation of the project, and in particular which parts of it are done with Qt, and with which Qt technologies.
Also note, that only cross platform projects are to be submitted.
Good luck to you all from the
QtCentre.org team.
Hello,
you are receiving this mail, since you submitted a project to compete in the QtCentre.org programming contest 2008, and while processing your submission
some information was found to be missing, incomplete, or not clear enough.
Shortly after your project submission you should have received an email from us, asking for the missing information or clarifications, but until this date, we haven't received any reply and/or the project description was net yet updated as requested.
Another reason for receiving this mail is a failure to confirm the submission.
We can only process submissions which are first confirmed by the submitter, and that are in accordance with the contest rules.
If this is the case, we urge you to confirm your project submission.
The time limit to comply with this mail is one week.
All projects that will not comply with this mail by Tuesday, 27.5.2008, will be deleted from the contestant list.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at: contest@qtcentre.org - or - you can post questions on the contest forum at: http://qtcentre.org/contest
With regards
the QtCentere.org team
