we are looking for a freelancer or company that has experience building applications with Qt 4, PHP and preferably also with Zero Ice (http://www.zeroc.com) to build the back and front end of an affiliate network application. The back end will be written in Qt 4 to efficiently serve and track advertisements. The front end will be written in PHP.
