best category?

Is there someone who could give me advice on what is the best category for my particular application? Just submitted project description today, but don't want to choose the wrong category.

This is an open forum, so you can post a short info about your project here and other users can comment it and help you find the best category. Apart from that, we'll discuss it internally and will let you know within few days what is our suggestion.

The project is ChainLink (description found in the Qt Software forum). I'd like to submit as development tool since it is aimed at Qt4 programmers. However, I am concerned that it might not fit in this category, since other development tools would be oriented toward managing Qt projects and writing/generating code, whereas ChainLink dynamically links together a variety of Qt programs in single user interface. Therefore, I am torn between "Developer Tool" and "Desktop Application".

All advice appreciated.
