Another Doubt...!!!

I'm developing an application based on the accurate 2d graphics rendering. I am using Qt just for the front end. I may use Kparts for the appearence. I have a parser written in lex, through which i am generating a postscript code. I'll be having a window displaying the ps output.

Can this project be submitted for the contest.

The contest regards Qt4 applications. Usage of KParts suggests you're using Qt3. One way or the other your application would have to be very good if you want to have the KDE dependency. Usage of Qt4 is a requirement though.
