how to implement this widget

I want to implement a widget in qt2 which has the following feature :
* richtext view
* URL select and easy change color
* URL search or collect in widget

any advice ??

Qt 2? I'm guessing this must be a commercial program or you wouldn't have a reason to stick to that version.

Well, I haven't ever used Qt2, but the third point seems to be a regex search on the value of the textbox.
