run QT Apps on PALM or Handy

I have programed a small game with QT 4.3.0.

Its possible to compile it for a PALM or a Handy?

If yes, where could i find details?

i am using windows..

It seem that QTopia PDA Edition is not running under windows :(

Do somebody knows if this Version of QTopia will run on windows too in the future?
