Senior Graphics programmer

Permanent position in Houston, TX


We are looking for a Graphics Programmer to fill a position in an advanced subsurface application development organization for a major integrated oil company. This position offers the candidate to work in a diverse environment and to be exposed in a variety of highly technical problem solving challenges. This position will be involved in the full lifecycle development activities and the opportunity to interact with subject matter experts, fellow developers, and end users. The candidate should have the following qualifications:


Required skills:

· 5+ years Open GL experience

· Object oriented design & programming 5+ years

· 5+ years of (industrial) C++ programming experience

· 2+ years of 2D graphics experience

· 2+ years of QT experience

· 3+ years of Linux experience

· 3+ years of Windows experience

· Very strong oral and written communication skills

· A relevant college degree
