Hi. I'm afraid there is no way to apply stylesheets to individual items. Take a look at List of Stylable Widgets - QTreeView (http://doc.trolltech.com/latest/stylesheet-reference.html#qtreeview-widget) and an example of Customizing QTreeView (http://doc.trolltech.com/latest/stylesheet-examples.html#customizing-qtreeview).
