Problem with Visual Studio integration

I'm using Qt 4.4.0, with Visual Studio 2005, using Qt Visual Studio Integration 1.4.0. When editing a form within VS, I try to add an icon to a QPushButton object by going to the properties window and click on the tool button next to "Icon" in order to access the resource file, I get a popup with the following:

During the set up of the Resource Property Dialog

To solve this problem:
To fix this issue install the .NET 2.0 SP1

I never had this problem with Qt 4.3.x I have verified that the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP1 is installed.
