how to run qtopia

hi all, i have installed qtopia-phone-2.1.1,but when i run startphonedemo,i reference following:
but i cant findd SmartPhone.skin and phonesim, but i find phonesim.h , phonesim.pro,phonesim-test.pro in phonesim dir

when i run qvfb, it will display the phone window, but there is not any application icon on the window

i found that there is not any phonesim bin file .
but i dont konwn how to creat the phonesim bin file.

is anyone give me an advice , im a newbin and do it as my interest but my work is busy

I think it might be the skin problem, not the phonesim problem. As I know, it wil fail the telephony service without phone SIM, but Qtopia still works without phonesim. You could find your skin file "SmartPhone.skin", and try to launcher qtoipa by "startdemo -skin skinfilepath"
I hope it will help..
