Urgent Code128 Barcode Reader/Writer on Thermal Epson

I need a small QT program written to encode a string into a Code128 Barcode using the attached Code128 Barcode font or any other font of your choosing.
And read that barcode into a text field and avoid multiple reads.

The resulting app must correctly Encode/Decode the barcode on my test machine.
I will be fully available to text it with you.

This Must work on Ubuntu 10.10 +

The Printer i use is an Epson M-T500. Its a Thermal Receipt Printer, With 203 DPI
