Designer cann´t add columns in Q3ListView

I´m porting a qt3.3.8 project to qt4.4.3.

I have a problem. QT Design don´t not allow me manage (add or remove) columns to Q3List Widgets. To do it, I must change manualy the .ui in a normal text editor.

How could I solve this problem???
