    Default License for auto-generated code

    What is the license/copyright on files generated by the QT creator wizard? Specifically I am asking about qmlapplicationviewer.cpp/h, which contain the following header

    /*
    This file was generated by the Qt Quick Application wizard of Qt Creator.
    QmlApplicationViewer is a convenience class containing mobile device specific
    code such as screen orientation handling. Also QML paths and debugging are
    handled here.
    It is recommended not to modify this file, since newer versions of Qt Creator
    may offer an updated version of it.
    */

    Are these under LGPL? BSD? Or what?

    Thanks

    None. Otherwise it would be written. Also your *.pro file is auto generated...

    Technically speaking it is a derived work of QtCreator. I wouldn't worry about it too much though. Since you use QtCreator to edit your files, all your code could be considered derived work of QtCreator
    Your biological and technological distinctiveness will be added to our own. Resistance is futile.
