After a new installation of Ubuntu 13.04 and installation of OpenCV using :
Qt Code: 
  1. sudo apt-get install -y libopencv-dev libcv-dev libhighgui-dev
To copy to clipboard, switch view to plain text mode 

The project compiles /run fine.
