    In popup how to set textEdit border and scrollbar in qml ..

    TextEdit does not have any visual representation apart the text you are typing in. If you want scrollbars or borders, you have to wrap the text edit into a flickable and apply other elements (such as ScrollIndicator) to that flickable.
