Errors with QFileDialog

Hello,

When opening a file browser via QFileDialog::getOpenFileName a lot of error messages are displayed in the console of QtCreator and sometimes the application hangs while performing this operation :

Any ideas why this is occurring ? I use Qt5.5 with minGW and windows 10.
