Default How do you change the size of a QMenubar

The menubar on the application only goes from the left side of the app as far as the end of the last word. This leaves a long strip of "empty" space all the way across the top of the app. In most applications the menu bar fills across the top regardless of how many items it contains.

Is there a fix for this? I can't seem to find one.

How do you add that menu bar to the widget? Could you post a screenshot?
