How to put app to mobile?

Hi,

i created a small app in Qt Creator. I learned that there is a smart installer that uses a .sis file created by something to create an installation file. Or something like that...

Can anyone give me a step by step guide of how to create an installation file for my mobile phone?

I installed qt sdk beta, installed nokia pc suite. No I am trying to install these:
* Install Qt to Symbian device
* Install QtMobility to Symbian device
* Install SQLite to Symbian device
* Install TRK to Symbian device

but i get the message that my phone doesn't support .sis files.
It's a nokia 6303. I can' believe this.

By the way, i was struggling for an hour to get my computer recognise my phone.

Now when i open the qt creator the symbian device icon shows my phone is not connected. However, the pc suite
shows it is. So is it connected and it's shown not connected because i can't install those 4 apps?

mod: i clicked on the symbian device now and it shows a tick (hurray), however, i am still unable to install those 4 apps, and when i try to
-run my app in qt simulator mode, it works fine
-run my app in the symbian device mode, i get the error:
Executable file: <non-existent> F:\Qt\NokiaQtSDK\Symbian\SDK\epoc32\release\gcce\u deb\myapp.exe
Failed to find package 'F:/Qt/MyProjects/myapp/myapp.sis': Package file not found (what i understand as i didn't create any sis files)

I copied the files manually to a by-me-created "tmp" folder but the phone is still unable to recognize the sis fileformat...

What do i miss?
