Default Re: XSL-FO to PDF engine

I have not found anything. There are lots of Java-based engines, ActiveX or .NET components, printer emulators, and so forth, but I have not seen an embeddable C++ library (or in any other language, for that matter) that has something equivalent to a method that says "take this XSL-FO document and turn it into PDF in this file".

If you find anything, please post it here. (And ignore the clueless idiots who have responded to your question posted elsewhere with "XML is a format for storing data"...)

Edit: xmlroff might be one solution, but the SourceForge project does not show much activity. There has not been an update released since March 2009, and it has only partial XSL-FO 1.0 conformance.
