7cs alternatives

HI folks,

my company is planning the porting of an old GUI application from Motif Xt to Qt.
This GUI uses 7cs kernel to display cartography.

We have implemented a working prototipe using Qt and 7cs.
Now the question:
"There is a valid alternative to 7cs?"

We need a licence that allows us to use it in a commercial application.

Obviously I'm interested to C/C++ tools that can be integrated into Qt application
