Default How to decorate QTabWidget scroll buttons?

What I have in my UI:

    my_UI.png

    What I want to have:

    want_to_have.png

I don't mean the color of UI, only the buttons style. In my case buttons are transparent and don't have borders around.
    Thanks!

I'd also like to know how to get rid of the transparency, I have a feeling it has to do with stylesheets
