    Default phonon - mingw

I searched prior to starting this topic and found several similar topics.
but I have some new questions.
additionally those old topics and articles referenced in them seem to be not updated. some links in those articles were broken. addresses in qt directory tree seem to have changed now.

and I have some questions not asked there.

I want to know if there exist precompiled phonon dlls that we can download straightforwardly and get to work.

I want to know if we should accompany any MS DirectX dlls with our phonon programs or not (are they present in any MS Windows XP for example?).

I have not MS VC and I have not a high speed internet connection too.
I have not much time and energy to try many things many times many ways.

    thanks in advance.
