What's the diff between 2010.03 and 2010.04 versions?

I need version 4.6.3.
And it seems that there are more than one release with that version...

Anyone knows what's the diff?

As I remember it was only a bugfix release. But anyway if you need 4.6.3 I wouldn't download the whole sdk. Just grab the libraries.
