how to promote layout in Designer?

I just create a new MyHBoxLayout class inherited from QHBoxLayout to hold the place of widget in it when user hide the widget. But in Designer, I can not promote a Layout to my new class so I only can change the ui_***.h file to use my new class.

Do some expert know how to promote layout in Designer?
