Dialog for configure toolbars

KDE apps use to have a dialog that allows the user to configure the toolbar, choosing the actions that will be shown in the toolbar:

I was wondering if there's available a similar dialog for Qt apps, you know, to avoid to reinvent the wheel.

No, not yet. I'm too busy attending other things :) But you might visit http://www.wysota.eu.org/wwwidgets now and then to check out whether it's ready (it's in my plans).
