Eclipse+MinGW+QT installation Problem?

I want to develop QT in Eclpise,so I downloaded such componets and installed:
1.unpack eclipse-cpp-europa-fall2-win32
2.install MinGW-5.1.3
3.install qt-win-opensource-4.3.3-mingw
4.install qt-eclipse-integration-win32-1.0.1

but when I have finished all the installing,I start Eclipse with MinGW,I don't find the QT item that should be in the Window->Preference ,why?

Why did you install migws 5.1.3 if you can download qt with mingw included in install? Try to set own qt in window->preferences like I did.

I installed successfully in the following order.
1. MinGW
2. jre + eclipse
3. qt 4.3.3
4. qt-eclipse-integration
After all these done, run eclipse.

So, now open Window-Preferences and manually set up version of qt
