Database concept

I am using Qt 4.3.3integrated with vs2005.I have one doubt.can you tell me how to do the database in Qt.

Is it require any plugins to do the database projects or Inbuild ????

There are some working examples from a Qt4 tutorial for SQLite3.
Even the manual is german language the code should speak for itself.
