Porting a KDE project

I have wriiten an application using KDE + QT in Ubuntu.

I want to port my this GUI application to Windows. How sohuld I do this ?

Well.. that's an awfully generic question :) A generic answer is "port it to Qt4".

With KDE 4 on Windows (still few months away to be stable) you dont need/have to do that even.
