http://www.josuttis.com/tmplbook/
or

What differences? Does anyone know they?

If you are new to C++ templates, I would recommend the first book (although I haven't read it). The second one is for people that know how templates work and it covers similar topics as the last two parts of Vandevoorde and Josuttis book.

If you feel confident with templates, you can try the one about metaprogramming, although the first one covers more topics.
