3rd party Tools qith Qt/Mac

Hi Friends,
I am trying to port one Qt application which is in windows to Mac Os X.
In windows annotation functionality is implemented with 3rd party tools i.e lead tools, how it can be achieved in Mac Os x.

Please give me a solution ASAP,
