i'm in troubles withe threads !!

hi ! i want to develop an appliccation with multi threads, and i don't know even how to start !! how to create threads and and .... :crying:
so any one plz has a tutorial or can help me ???:(

the reality is that i'm absolutely beginner, so i've read on documentation , but i found myself stuck, i'll read more deeply thx at all !
