Error: **** glibc detected ****

Hello Friends....
I had developed a Qt application in Fedora core 4 .......
Now I ported that application to Red Hat ( Ver 4)...
In Red Hat, during runtimes, sometimes I am getting following error
Error: **** glibc detected **** double free or corruption( fast op)..........
or
Error: **** glibc detected **** malloc: memory corruption( fast )..........

In Fedora core 4, it is working fine and I am not getting error.

Can anybody help me to fix this error ?

Somewhere at your program you try to free memory from the pointer that is already freed. Try to debug to find that pointer.
