[B]Rappid clicks on menu buttons cause drop down menus to hang[/B]

When using drop down menus to open dialogs. When the menu button is clicked really quickly it drops down and hangs there indefinitely on the screen and the dialog does not load. If this is done on mutable menu buttons the same thing happens until the application becomes unstable with many drop down menus left hanging. If the main application window is moved the hanging menus stay where they were when they were first clicked and displayed. This only happens with quick mouse clicks.

This only happens on mouse double clicks. Single clicks are ok

Also after opening a menu with a tooltip attached. The tooltip will only show it self the once before the menu button is clicked after that the tooltip never reappears again. For any menu buttons in the application
