I have been waiting but my distro (Kubuntu) hasn't realased a QT 4.4 package. I don't know why (Kubuntu uses KDE desktop that uses QT lib, so I think they should update them as fast as they can).

If the package is ready (In Trolltech site I couldn't find it) please let me know :)

Regards!

It is very strange that in adept the package is as "Qt 4.3.4" do you know why? (But it isn't the 4.4 that i am downloading now).

It should be available once you enable backports repository. See Ubuntu Backports (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBackports) for more details.
