Multiple Lines per item in a QListWidget/QListView

Is it possible to "disable" the horizontal scrollbar and show the whole content of an item by wrapping the text and make each item have an own height?

Yes, but you have to provide a custom delegate that would wrap lines. The issue was brought up some time ago on the forum, try searching for it.
