View Full Version : Where to get source code for Qt Embedded Widget Catalog demo?

I really liked a couple of widgets in the demos at:

http://trolltech.com/products/device-creation/embedded-widget-demos

These are supposedly for Qt Embedded, but the demos are obviously running on Windows in my case. I'm having a hard time deciphering from the Trolltech site whether these widgets are part of Qt Embedded, are licenseable for an extra fee, or are just demos without source.

Does anyone know?

AFAIR the sources should be available with next Qt Embedded release.

So you are saying this is pretty new stuff and isn't in the current release? Also, I'm assuming that these widgets would be usable in Qt? Seems like they would be.

They aren't part of Qt yet, as they were created by basysKom.

Yes, they should. They're mostly SVG graphics.

Thanks for the info. Here are some replies I received from TrollTech as well:

This is a reasonable assumption :) I am not sure exactly where, but I don't think they will be hard to find.

These are very new, and as I said, there are some licensing issues we need to resolve before we can make them public. But when we do, it is very likely they will become a part of the standard Qt examples.
