how to write a sample application using QT on windows mobile

hi,

I am new to this application. please tell me the stepa from the beginning for writing a sample Qt application on windows mobile 5.0 sdk. I found one sample application but ia m not able to write that application. please tell me how to write the application same as in the attachment document.
