How to invoke a running application

Hi,

I am new to Qt developing one application in Qt 4.4.3 on windows using VS.my application will generate an exe file,When it is running ,we again reclicked that exe file,it will invoke the present back ground running application to desktop.Plz help me regarding this bcoz i am dieing with this.
