I copied the code for use of the QPrintPreviewDialog from the Qt\demo\textedit sample and successfully ran my app with the print previw dialog but the icons in the toolbar are blank. The tool tips all display the correct contents. I have compared my source code to that of the demo textedit and cannot see what I am missing. Is there an include that I am missing?
