I written an application composed by a lot of widgets (around 100) and setupUi call takes many seconds. Is it a normal behaviour ? If so, there are some good techniques to avoid those poor performance ?

Is it necessary for you to show all 100 widgets at start ?
More cud be helped if u brief more about your application and code
