Printing header and footer with different data

First, I am a newbie about Qt Printing, actually and Qt too.

I need to create report for printing, with header and footer. At each page, header and footer display sum or some calculations about the numbers in the page(or table). So every header and footer have the same template but they have different values on each page.

Please, some clue or directions about the easiest way.

Please provide some code or at least some description of what you have done. Otherwise we have no way of helping you.
