LED style Icons?

I'm searching for some free LED style icons to visualize some status information in my Qt app.

Does someone know a good icon set with some "LED-icons" in different colors?

Until now my search was unsuccessful :(

You can try a real widget instead of an icon. Either my QwwLed (http://www.wysota.eu.org/wwwidgets/doc/html/qwwled.html) or the led implementation available at qt-apps.org.
