Hey QtCentre, check out the new app I wrote for Windows and Mac. I call it an ambient sound mixer. It also contains a binaural tone generator. The GUI is Qt and Qxt. The sound library is FMOD. It is 100% free to download, although it is fairly big at ~200MB.
