You can't unless you code it yourself. Alternatively, Google QicsTable, (though I don't think it's available for Qt4).

What do you mean by "freezing a row"?

Freezing as u freeze a row/column in Excel. When a row or column is frozen. if you try to scroll that row/column won't move. Only the others would move.

Suppose you freeze the first column, and you scroll right, the first column will remain as if it is and the other columns start moving.
