toolTip of TreeWidgetItem display is slow

i set very toolTip of TreeWidgetItem ,but when mouse move on the TreeWidgetItem ,it display tooltip is slow,but when mouse movt TreeWidgetItem out ,the tooltip do't disappear
why?could somebody tell me ,i should how to do it
