Hi,
I wonder if it is possible to develop for Windows CE entirely relying on free tools. The requirements say that it supports Visual Studio (http://doc.trolltech.com/4.5/requirements-wince.html), but does that mean that I need to buy a standard version of Visual Studio? Or is it possible to use the free Express Edition as well?
