Right now, I don't know if there is a book in development on Qt-4.5 since it's still rather new. But I know a good book but based on Qt-4.2 is "Foundations Of Qt Development" and very good book. If i recall correctly, the author is a admin of this forum. I'm waiting for the revision of the book.
And good reference if http://doc.trolltech.com/4.5

Hi, I would suggest one of these two books:
Foundations of Qt® Development (http://apress.com/book/view/1590598318)
C++ GUI Programming with Qt 4 (2nd Edition) (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0132354160)

I stumbled across an open-source book a couple of weeks ago that covers some basic gui programming using Qt 4.
