Switching 5.2 from 5.0.2

I tried to swtich from Qwt 5.0.2 to Qwt 5.2 and found this message

Application failed to initialize (0c00000005) in my newly compiled apps.

My Qt is 4.4.3'

What did I miss?

This is just a matter of loading the right dll at run time .. i turned out that i am loading the debug version with my release compiled app
