When I run applications that use Qt3 (version 3.3.6) on CentOS 5 and try to print, the default page size is set to A4 even though I am in the United States. (The correct page size is Letter.) I see that the environment variable LANG is set to en_US.UTF-8.
This same problem also happens on Fedora 9 and 10.
I would sincerely appreciate any ideas about why this default page size is incorrect and/or what I can do to correct it.
