help for compile manually the Qt with Phonon

I want to ask if someone know a manual or a web-page that explain how to compile manually the Qt with MinGW for enable Phonon on Windows Xp .

I search a lot on the QT' web-site but I didn't find a guide for understand how to compile manually the Qt with Phonon on MinGW.

I have Windows XP, my QtCreator is based on Qt 4.5.1 .
